Ingredients
3 medium-large leaves of romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon of fat-free cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon of salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
2 ounces of lox-style smoked salmon
1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
1 small seedless thinly sliced cucumber
2 tablespoons of drained and sliced sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
Directions
First lay lettuce leaves on a plate and evenly spread the insides with cream cheese, one teaspoon each. Then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and top with smoked salmon. After that top the salmon with onion and equally distribute cucumber slices among the lettuce leaves. Then evenly top with sun-dried tomatoes. Wrap them up and enjoy!
