Ingredients
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of honey
1/3 cup pf balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons pf Irvine Spices Cajun Blackening Spice
2 tablespoons pf Irvine Spices Smokey Rotisserie Blend Seasoning
40 small chicken wings with wing tip removed and separated at joint
Directions
First combine the soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, blackening spice and rotisserie blend, by mixing well in a mixing bowl. Then add wings to mixture and let marinate for one hour.
Next preheat oven to 375 degrees F and then arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for twenty-five minutes, brushing the remaining marinade on the wings as they cook in order to create a glaze. In the end Serve with your favorite dip and vegetables. Enjoy.
