Prep: 7 minutes
Cook: 17 minutes

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

1 (13.8-ounce) package of refrigerator pizza crust dough, possibly Pillsbury

1/2 cup of pasta sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano

Cooking spray
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 (5.5-ounce) package of crumbled goat cheese
1 1/2 cups of washed baby spinach

1 (six-ounce) jar of artichoke hearts, quartered in marinade, marinade reserved, possibly Progresso
3/4 cup of roasted red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 tablespoons of sliced ripe olives

Directions

First preheat oven to 450 degrees F and then lightly spray the backside of a baking sheet with cooking spray. After that unroll the pizza dough onto the sheet pan.

Next stir together pasta sauce, garlic powder, and oregano in a medium bowl. Then use a pastry brush to brush the top of the dough with olive oil. After that spread the sauce over pizza dough leaving a half-inch border. Then top with goat cheese and bake for about 12-17 minutes.

After that combine the spinach with two tablespoons of reserved artichoke marinade, red bell pepper strips, artichoke hearts, and olives in a large bowl and then toss together.

In the end remove pizza from the oven and top with veggies and then slice and serve. Enjoy.
